"Came here with a friend, and she chose this cafe because there is an indoor play ground for kids, so she can have some time to herself while her 6 yo have a fun time playing with other little ones. The coffee tastes nice, and the stuff are very friendly. I'm giving 4 star because the froth on the latte is a bit too bubbly as seen in the photos, but apart from that everything was great. If you like loud ambient noise, then this cafe is perfect since it's next to a kid play ground."

"Leaf Cafe in Top Ryde shopping centre is located in the kids precinct and primarily caters for parents with young children. Expect to hear frequent screams from kids playing in the nearby pen. Despite how busy the cafe was on a Monday morning, the service was quick and my avocado toast was served in about 5 minutes. It was a pleasant dish, a moderate size serving with the added twist of sprouts, Spanish onion and the occasional heirloom tomato. This cafe is recommended."

"Food was well presented, however, both dishes were overly salty. Drinks were good though. Service could have been better. Dining atmosphere was okay, just a little noisy due being close proximity to kids play area within the shopping centre."

"Really lovely place, didn’t expect such good food from a cafe in a mall. Coffee is great too. Loved all our vegetarian dishes like the corn fritters with avocado/cucumber dressing Mushrooms were so well seasoned on the toast. Staff were very nice too."

"Tasty food, decent coffee. Good place to have a meal and let your kids have a go in the playground next to the cafe."

"Food quality and taste is great, but the portion is on the smaller end. Being next to the playground makes it very convenient for those with kids."

"Leaf cafe saved my life during lockdown. The coffee is consistently good and I now come here to get my daily caffeine fix. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and personable to their regulars. The menu is reasonably priced in my opinion. (If you're like me and can't resist a good Eggs Benne, I'd grab that). Brought some friends last weekend and they were impressed by the menu variety and coffee too. I 100% recommend dropping by if you find yourself near Ryde."
